• To ensure our furry friends get the best service, we accept appointments only. 

• Your first visit requires proof of rabies vaccination as it is required by the state of Virginia, even for nail trims. Vaccinations must be up to date.

• For pick up, please arrive within 30 minutes of being contacted, unless a pickup time was agreed to during drop off.

• Cancellation requires a 24-hour notice. Failure to do so will result in full payment of service requested before you can reschedule.

• Please be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and the full payment will be owed for the service requested.

• There will be a fee of $40.00 for late pick up unless discussed prior to drop off. Furry friends will be required to be picked up within an hour of notification.

• All payments are due at pick up.

• Upon arrival, please keep your furry friends on their leashes or in their carriers until the groomer is ready for them.

• All of our prices are dependent upon the breed, size, condition of their coat, type of hair cut requested and their temperament. For the safety of our groomers and furry friends, please notify our groomers of any behavioral concerns. 

• Extra fees will apply for special handling of behavioral, medicated, or geriatric pets.

• Notify your groomer if your dog has fleas. Any pet with fleas will get a mandatory flea bath and the charge of $30.00 will be added to your bill.

• Maintenance grooming are only for pets who have been groomed in the last 4 weeks.

• Owners are not allowed to stay in salon with their pet while they are being groomed.
